You have to choose which platform do you want to use. After checking your issue now you are using EasyStore platform for selling your events that's good. But, disital product selling function is not available on EasyStore. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, You can use only external link inside the buy now button. There is no function available like as EasyStore. Thanks
