Hello Popular tags not working afetr update to joomla 4 error 0 Class "TagsHelperRoute" not found it seems to be related to the file "‎/templates/shaper_educon/html/com_tags/tag/default_items.php" in template "shaper_educon". the first line JHtml::addIncludePath(JPATH_COMPONENT . '/helpers'); in this directory there is no helper directory

Can you please advise of fix.

Shaper educon 4.01 Joomla 4.4.3 PHP 8.1.28

In that case just DELETE that folder

shaper_educon/html/com_tags/

Hi Mark,

Try that method:

  1. Download Helix3 template or quickstart (raw one)
  2. Unzip it
  3. Copy folder: shaper_helix3/html/com_tags/tag/
  4. And override all files here: shaper_educon/html/com_tags/tag/ using folder (3)

You can even override whole "com_tags" not only subfolder "tag".

Hello Paul

I have downloaded both templates ie: qickstart and template but there are no folders in shaper_helix3/html/ that relate to com_tags
