I cannot belive that you (webmaster) don't collect extensions and templates. Do you want to tell us that your "Joomla" folder is EMPTY?! < o.O>

At least you should have them in Browser Downloader folder.

We have GitHub for older HU files, and Helix Changelog is on our main site as well.

We don't recommend using old version of templates for obvious reasons.
