check source code (HTML) of pasted text, sometimes (quite often) webmasters copy text with styles (font-size, color, font-weight etc) inside:

<p><span style="font-size:14px; color: black; font-weight: normal;">Lorem ipsum Lorem ipsum...</span></p> then changes in Addon settings do not work for obvious reasons.

• OR font-size can be forced by extra styles from template.
• OR Production Mode in SPPB Settings is enabled.
• OR Website Cache is enabled.

I checked on my site, and font-size worked OK

and yes, font-size change is visible, I saw difference between 14px and 20px
