Can you assist me in customing the padding and margins for the top menu for this template (Gourmand) I have a lengthy menu that I would like to make adjustments to the spacing between each menu title and the menus distance between the logo area and the first menu title.

Please see the website below. I currently had to shrink the top menu's font so it would fit a 13 inch monitor I would prefer to adjsut the margins and padding to make my menu more accessible for all monitors.
