Bug When Selecting The Country

hi team, when the User goes to check out and chooses one of the delivery countries (in my case "Austria" Österreich) the state appears (side comment: not needed for all over Europe, only for the USA, but thats another issue).
when the state appears the white bars are covering the information, something is loading in the background and the user can't proceed.
that strange behaviour appears on all products in the category "zubehör / alias zubehoer" i have 2 categories in that shop and the category "KLOSS Wohnherde" with 3 products are working fine.
if the cart has only one of the 20 products in the category "zubehoer" the error appears. if the cart has 2 products, one of the category "Kloss Wohnherde" and one from "Zubehör" the error is not there.
I tried to move the product Zubehör to the other category, but that didn't help.

Accepted Answerhey, ok i found a guy that gave us support. the problem was the following: The delivery costs were in the system with a "," comma instead of a "." dot. the comma caused the problem. therefore problem solved!
