hi, the white bars are covering the information about price, delivery etc. when you are a guest and order a product, you go to check out then when you choose the country and the state appears of that country then the white bars are loading and often stop while loading. its a strange behaviour, and its not always. but we tried on various computers and browsers. the easy shop link is here: https://wohnherde.at/shop

that didn't help. the problem is maybe a script issue: when the User goes to check out and chooses one of the delivery countries (in my case "Austria" Österreich) the state appears (which is for all over Europe not needed only for the USA, but thats another issue) when the state appears the white bars are covering the information and you can't proceed. step 1 step2

the class: easystore-skeleton-container appears and outputs "easystore-skeleton" not sure if that helps

UPDATE: the strange behaviour appears on all products in the category "zubehör / alias zubehoer" i have 2 categories in that shop and the first category with 3 products are working fine. only if there is any other of the 20 products in the category "zubehoer" the error appears.
