2 REQUEST: QUALITY CONTROL TEAM FOR NEW RELEASES AND LIVE CHAT SUPPORT

I have 2 very useful requests im sure not just myself but many would appreciate.....

  1. Quality Control Testing Team or if there is not a team assemble one for Testing of Updates before release and us end users getting broken applications and websites and upset clients.

  2. Live Chat Support: for those of us who have clients sites who need immediate support for issues pertaining to client sites and for issues that need quick resolution.

I think i speak for majority of people here that really enjoy the products however the release of updates is an issue the bugs that we end up with when updates are released is consistent. If there is anyway that i can assist with this please let me know but, i can safely say that none of us want to deal with broken sites after implimenting updates of applications. Please don't talk about backups and all that we all get that but it still takes time to backup and restore and deal with the broken application from updates.

Again if there is anyway that i can help with this im open to anything but, again i think i speak for everyone here we really need to have a better update release process for these things..
