Using With EasyStore - Gmail Account Not Receiving The Validation Emails

I am using easystore on aceofcanines.com and when a user create an account using a gmail account. they do not receive the email to validate their account

Apology for the inconvenience. Please try with another gmail address and check the issue. Also, check it with another provider's email address such as yahoo, microsoft outlook etc.

I have not found any issue on my testing. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

A customer made an order and admin did not get the email. this seems to be another issue

Yes, it is successful with your server email. But try it with a gmail address and it will not work.

when I am using [email protected] to send an email via my email client it goes to gmail, It seems that when the website send the email to gmail then it does not reach the destination.

I understand the issue. Let me explain it again. I have set a gmail address in your Global Configuration and sent a test email from there. But there is an error that Could not initiate mail function. There might be some settings in your hosting which is blocking gmail. Please contact your hosting provider. I hope that they can help you.
