Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. I understand the challenges you're facing with the current setup for order tracking in EasyStore, particularly with the selection of Shipping Providers and the visibility of tracking information.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there isn’t a feature available in EasyStore to pre-configure Shipping Providers and their base tracking URLs. Additionally, tracking info visibility is currently limited to customer emails if that option is selected during the entry of the tracking info.
We agree that a more streamlined solution, like auto-populating Shipping Providers and displaying tracking information for both admins and customers in the order views, would be highly beneficial. I will forward your suggestions to our development team for consideration in future updates. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve the platform.
