Where do Language Files Go For A Custom Addon?

I've created a custom add-on and the language files are not being used.
Where are they suppose to be located?
Here's my file and folder structure

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Please override your Joomla language then keep your langauge code inside the override language file. Or you can keep your langauge code inside the template language file.
