Dashboard Error Iin Checking Overrides And Pagebuilder Shows Error ...

Hello,

See here the Picture:

Dashboard

Then i want open the Pagebuilder Tool

Pagebuilder Pages

after opening the pagebuilder I get this error. Then I can log out and log in again and it works fine again. But after 30 minutes after logging out and logging in again, the error is there again.

What happened and how can I fix the problem?

I have checked your site backup on my localhost and it works fine. Please download this backup & check this backup on your localhost or another server. Let me know the result.

Hmm ok, thanks, i will check this on local.

I logged in to your user and it showed this error. But after you try to open pagebuilder once it comes error, after log out and log in it works fine.

As I said, with my user as with yours, the error appeared. First open pagebuilder, then response error see picture appears. Log out and log in again, then it works perfectly!

Hello,

I have restored the backup to test3.cabtronix.ch and it seems to be working fine.

This morning I updated the Joomla version on our productive site to 5.1.3, since then I have not seen the error anymore. I will keep an eye on it.

Thanks for the update! I'm glad to hear that the backup restoration on test3.cabtronix.ch went smoothly and that updating Joomla to 5.1.3 has resolved the issue so far. Please keep me posted if anything comes up.
