Database Issue When Reverting Back To SPPB 3.8.10 From 5.3.2

My sites were all built using SPPB 3.8.10 and notice when I updated from 3.8.10 to 5.3.2, a lot of my pages were jacked up which looks like migrating to 5.3.2 isn't 100% clean.

I re-installed SPPB 3.8.10 which helped but I am now getting Database Errors in backend under MAINTENANCE: DATABASE screen. Also notice I can't upload any jpg, or any file type via SP PAGE BUILDER. I can via the Joomla Media manager but not SPPB.

How do i get the Database set to use 3.8.10 and not 5.3.2 after reverting back?

Please go to this folder and delete all files with the name 4.x.x and 5.x.x.

administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/sql/updates/mysql/3.8.10.sql

Then update database structure in System -> Maintenance -> Database.

I also found another site with the 3.8.10 version of SP Page Builder, where I can't upload a image or pdf to a button anymore. This just started happening. This is really my big concern with the datbase version conflict.
