Hello, after updating my framework, my site does not allow to add products on the cart, the wheel keeps loading and nothing being added to the cart. Please help, this is urgent

shaper_wayne_corp - Default Default for all pages Shaper_wayne_corp 46 is what is used. I am tired of your reluctance to help and address any issues over years. You guys need to do your job, I have an active membership, there is an issue with your template, it is preventing us from making sales, and you need to DO YOUR JOB AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE. You answer once a week, your answers inadequate, inaccurate and defers the issue wihtout solving the problem you own. Same things happened last years too. ADDRESS THE ISSUE!

looks like the fix you made led to a different problem. Cart icon gets disappreared now after adding something on the cart and go back to shopping, main page etc. can you please check.

Alternatively, you can easily see the issue, add a product to a cart, and then instead of going to "checkout" step, go to main page or any other page, the cart symbol with added product gets DISAPPEARED on the page which is normally on the right top position of the site always, the icon gets lost completely and it does not ocme back unless you add another product to the cart. It should take 1 min to see the issue on your end. Let me know if it is clear now

I have got the issue. Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost. Or permit me so that I can take the backup from your site.

Hello, you have the user priviliage as "super user", you do not need to ask me to take a backup, please go ahead and fix the issue. Either case I took a backup, you can see and download if needed under Akeeba Back Up Component -> Manage backups. Please address the issue today

I have taken and checked the backup. Interestingly, I have not found the issue. Then I have checked your site. There is also no issue. Could you please record a screencast and show me that the issue appears?

I tried by 4 different computers and different browsers, the issue persists. Keep in mind that Chrome is showing the cart and other browsers do not, try with different browsers. I tried with windows computer, the icon was not visible, I tried with Safari, icon was not visible again. Only chrome showed it most of times

Apology for the delay. It looks like the VirtueMart module is not showing on home page. I have added a text block addon. It is showing on every pages on every situation. It is just the VirtueMart module which does not show on home page. Please watch the screencast and contact with VirtueMart for support.
