Subject: Video Image (Poster) Not Displayed In Frontend

Hello, I have a problem for some time that the images, or as they are called in the page builder, posters, for the self-hosted MP4 videos are no longer displayed in the public browser view. In the frontend editor of Page Builder everything looks as it should. This all worked well originally. Now I'm not exactly sure when this error first appeared. So whether, for example, an update is responsible for this. What could be the reason?

Accepted AnswerI am not sure about what caused the problem. Hopefully, it will not arise again. Always keep SP Page Builder updated.

Accepted AnswerHello, that looks good. Thank you very much for that. You say you have updated SP Page Builder. What was the problem? Was there a misconfiguration on my part? Is it possible that the problem will be triggered again by future updates or imports of future backups?
