Ok the promblem is defenetly the image carousel. As soon as we change or ad something site crashes.

Can you please let us know the issue,we suspect it has to do with the new SPBP Version.

@Alex, in your case problem is caused by addon template override (!) and totally different addon (!)

File: templates/shaper_floox/sppagebuilder/addons/slideshow_full/site.php

Download File, Unzip and Override that file, it should help

About Image Carousel addon - tested and worked fine in back-end editor, I used images from you Media.

Below is link to "Test" page ID 680.

Maybe you should delete current addon, and recreate it as new one. Guessing....

We are trying to ad an image to our Carousel which has worked perfectly fine over the past years. Now suddenly when since we have SP version: 5.3.2 we can't add or change anything in the Carousle.

As you suggested I deleted current addon, and created a new one on our test site (Below is the link to test site) and I have the same problem.

Since we've never had a problem it surely must have something to do with the new Version or not?

As you saw on my Test Page, I was able on your main domain.

And, YES - Now I will test your subdomain !! as well.

I think I know what is wrong with Finance template. Probably you have addon override from old times, that folder must be deleted.

2. Indeed was a problem but with Slideshow_full addon (old override). But it's totally different addon, but with similar features. Now is OK.

Sorry my bad - yes I meant Slideshow_full addon.

I see you delted the Slideshow addon which is not what we want.

We want to keep the current Slideshow and just add an extra Picture. Recreating the whole Slideshow with all the Links would mean multiple hours of work which is not acceptable.

We change Thomas this slide show at least every three month and we've never had a Problem until now. Please advise on cause and feasable solution.

Please use Slideshow addon that is built-in in every SPPB 5 installation. The addon that you had was very old, not supported anymore.

In v1.2 and v2.0 of that template was NOT included, you had it probably from very old times, or was added by someone from your team. I assume that that addon was coded only for SPPB 3.x, and that's why didn't work anymore in SPPB 5.x. You updated code of addons last year.

I talk about addons overrides from that folder: templates\shaper_finance\sppagebuilder\addons

that you had before my actions.

Or compare old addon code with the new one, maybe your IT guy have to correct only 1-2-3 lines of code, that's all.

In debug mode you should be able to see which line makes a problems.
