Travelia Template (Joomla 4) Don't Work With A PHP 8+

Hello,

I installed the Travelia template (Joomla 4) and I can't get it to work with a PHP version other than 7.4.33. If I switch to 8+, I get an error page !

Can you help me?

Sorry for your experience.

The Travelia template is not compatible with PHP 8 officially. Sorry about that. I will ask my team about the template update.

Yet it is indeed compatible with Joomla 4.

You should be clearer about the compatibility of templates on your site! I don't understand, especially since Joomla 5 has been in production since October 2023!

You should adapt to the latest versions of Joomla and PHP.

I pay an annual subscription for templates that should work with the latest technologies?!?

A vast number of Helix Ultimate based templates are Joomla 5 ready. You will get compatibility information in the details of the template, However, I will convey your suggestions to the team to be more specific in some cases.
