That line of CSS style seems to be added or in Page Settings in Custom CSS or inside Addon Custom CSS area. As for me, this is the only explanation.

Use PHPMyAdmin and search that phrase, probably you will find it in pagebuilder tables.

But the article is a standard Joomla article - with no SPPB modules - and when inspecting the page it is somehow related to a Helix-Ultimate class - which is why I try this approach...

I mange to find the problem - it was a CSS thing in a RSform PRO form.
