Multilangual Site - Language Changer Not Displaying

Dear Team,
as requested from Rashida, I am opening a new ticket for this issue.
I have carefully went step by step to enable my site to be multilangual.

However, I am not able to see the language switcher in the header. I have tried different types of location for it also.
Could you please support me with this issue?
