Shipping By Weight & Prices Not Working & Local Pickup Not An Option

I currently have two options enabled for shipping I want the customer to choose at checkout.

  1. Local Pickup
  2. Shipping Based on Weight Setup in Parameters
  3. Also It says free shipping at checkout under tax rate.

Can someone please take a look at this and see why either of them are not working or showing. Add products to your cart and put in any USA address and you will see the weights are not being applied and there is no option for local pickup (which is free)

When is the next update and why don't you test the features that come with your products before you roll them out?

I would have never bought this product if I had known I could only offer free shipping as an option.

You need to get on board with the automatic shipping calculators and the ability to integrate shipstation and stamps.com for customers to fill orders.

You are very behind the times. Get the code from J2STORE for the USPS shipping modules please.

We are currently working on the EU Tax policy compliance update. It will be released very soon. After that, we will work with the bug. It is my personal curiosity that why would you have two shipping options for the same area? However, we will fix it. We have some plans to introduce pick up point in the delivery option. I think your issue will be fixed there. But it will take some time.

Because when you have a physical store and you want someone to pickup the items locally you offer free shipping.

When you have to ship it out because they are not local you have to use a shipping service. You offer multiple options in your shipping options so please make sure this works immediately, the customer has been waiting a month to advertise to his customers about the new site and I have done so much troubleshooting using your documentation to find out it doesn't work since it's been released.

Yes, I understand your issue now. Unfortunately, we have not developed pick up system. It will be added in the future.

Im not using local pickup as an option I am using the ability to use more than one shipping option which is built into this system.

Yes, I have checked it on your site. I have also tested this on my localhost. It is the same issue. You cannot use different shipping method for the same region. Our component has not been designed for this. But soon, we will add a local pickup point option. There if the customers chooses pickup point, then he will get a shop address where he will go and take the product.
