Auto Update does Not Work

I have a valid licence for Joomshaper SP Page Builder. I installed the licence on my sites. I also added the sites to the "add domain" in My Dashoard.

But i'm not able to use the update function. I have to download the update-zipfile manualy and install it which is a burden.

Joomla update shows the following error message: Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_product&task=download.download&package=release&id=10225.

Hi there!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sometimes re-applying the license corrects the issue. Would you please try that, save, clear your Joomla and browser caches, then check again?

Hi, Re-applying the license and then clearing the Joomla Website Cache worked for most of the sites.
