We host our company website www.company.de with Strato in Germany. Additionally, we have another domain, www.company-2.de, which is only used for testing purposes. The web space is also with Strato and includes a Joomla 5 installation equipped with the Helix Ultimate framework and the SP Page Builder, both from Joomshaper in licensed full/Pro versions. We also use the Aimy Canonical (PRO) plugin and CookieHint and Consent from ReDim.
In my opinion, all plugins and the Joomla installation are correctly configured, as are the .htaccess and robots.txt files. All parameters of the two domains are identical. The domain www.company.de has an MX Autodiscover and forwards all incoming emails to our Microsoft Outlook mail server. When the Joomla installation is accessed via www.company.de, sporadic outages occur, which can last several minutes and make the website temporarily unreachable. Sometimes, a proxy error appears in the browser.
It is difficult to determine how often this error occurs; it can happen every 15 minutes, but the website might also run error-free for 2 hours. However, if the second domain, www.company-2.de, is used instead to access the same Joomla installation, the web call to the company site works 100% perfectly, and the website is always reachable.
In the event of an error, when the website cannot be accessed under www.company.de, the following entry can be found in the Strato error log: "FastCGI: "/home/strato/http/fastcgi/rid/62/65/5946265/htdocs/joomla/index.php" aborted: no response after 363 sec (idle timeout 360 sec)."
Does anyone have any ideas on where the error might lie?
