Object Of Class StdClass Could Not Be Converted To String Error After Updating To V5.4

I've just updated SPPB from 3.8.10 to 5.4 and it breaks the front end of my site.
I just get a white screen with 'Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string'
I can see a few other posts about this but they seem to suggest it only happens after opening a page to edit. But my issue happens as soon as I update the plugin.
I'm running Joomla 5.14. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Sorry to hear about the issue after updating SPPB. The error is caused by an override addon. Try replacing JRoot/templates/your_template/sppagebuilder/addons/carouselpro with the folder in the hidden content. Don’t forget to back up and clear the cache after.

I have another website with the same issue but this one doesn't have the same folder which we replaced last time. See attached for a list of folders in the add ons folder.
