However, when I remove the image then it works fine. Could you help me and why this is happening. Latest versions of both Joomla and SPPB is being used.

Solution for 2. "image to 200 it resets to 100"
Custom Addon Width: It allows you to change the width of the addon (in %). Its maximum value 100. if you give more than 100 then it will automatically change to 100. screenshot:
If you can give any arbitrary value in pixel to Image Addon, then go to Addon settings > General tab > Width. Screenshot:
