@Mehtaz Afsana Borsha - could you perhaps try testing the issue rather than asking the customer for more info?
This bug exists in EasyStore 1.3.0 - add a free shipping coupon to ANY order and the order value INCORRECTLY gets set to zero. I've made a screenshot for you, so you don't have to bother checking yourself. https://prnt.sc/4pgMgC_nEYFY
