I am trying to set a fixed module like the one in pictures below. When I click under a specific link, there sould be a popup fading from the bottom to the center of the page with different boxes. Basically in a very similar way like in the picture below or to this website: https://www.ieabioenergyreview.org/.

I have tried different solutions but none of those work as I am expecting.

By any chance, is there someone who has already faced this kind of challenge and could provide me a nice tip to make it happen on my website?
