Issue With SP LMS Quiz Extension – Start Button Disabled After More Than Three Questions

Hello everyone,

I'm currently facing an issue with the LMS Quiz extension on my Joomla website. Whenever I set a quiz with more than three questions, the "Start Quiz" button gets disabled, preventing users from starting the quiz. This issue occurs consistently when the quiz exceeds three questions.

Has anyone encountered this problem before or knows how to fix it? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Jonnathan Huertas,

Thank you for reaching out and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Please keep a full site backup using the Akeeba Backup extension and let me know. Then, I will start investigating the issues.

Thanks.

Hi Jonnathan Huertas,

I apologize for the delay. The issue stems from question titles that include double quotes. For example, if the title is 8. ¿Cuál es una frase que describe a un "espectador crítico"?, please replace the double quotes with single quotes, like this: 8. ¿Cuál es una frase que describe a un 'espectador crítico'?

By making these adjustments to the relevant questions, the problem should be resolved. We will also inform the development team to address the issue so that double quotes are supported in the future.

Best regards
