Problem With Word "union" Adn Similar Words In "Heading" And "Text Block" Addon

Hello,
we have found and error in SP Page Builder 3.5.6.
We can't add the text "Sala de reuniones" to a Heading or a Text Block addon. The page won't save (we receive the text error "Request failed with status code 403" when we try to save a page that contains that text).
We have tried different combinations of words, and it seems that any word that contains "union" don't let the page to be saved.
There are several words in Spanish that contains "union", and we need to add this kind of words to the page.
What can we do?

I've installed the new version (5.3.6 -> 5.4.0), but the error persists.
I've provided you an admin user, so you can check it by your own.
Under SP Page Builders Page, you can check the Page named "Servicios - Pavimentos industriales".
In this page, you can check on the sixth section. In this section I've created two addons (a Heading an a Text Block) whit the internal name "Check this addon for the error".
I've put the title "Sala de XXX" in the heading addon, and the same text in the content of the Text Block addon.
If you change the "XXX" with reuniones, reunion, union, ... and you try to save the page, you will see the error.
To mention that this error happens when I edit the page from the backend. I've tried to edit the page on the frontend and I can put the words "reuniones, reunion, union" without any problem in that same page.
