Travus Template Off-Canvas Sub-menu Items Not Showing

We cannot get the sub menu items to show. You have to click very specifically under the heading name to get them to display. most users would not go through that. We need these to show in a natural way. Thank you

I followed the forums about checking and unchecking the 'show sub menu items in the module and clearing cache in between, that did not work.
