I'm using Page Builder 5.2.7 Pro. This is my first time doing so. I made my first page. For the home page. Everything is saved and when I do a preview it shows. But when I leave the home page to another and come back to the home page the images don't show up. When I go to the site the images don't show up. Any sugestions on what I'm doing wrong or where do I find the area to set for home page only. Thanks

Hi Richard,

Version that you have is not supported anymore. It's a old version from Feb 2024.

The current & supported version is 5.4.0 from Oct 2024. Download & install it.

About main question:

  1. It can be caused by Joomla cache. I suggest to download & install CacheCleaner plugin from Regularlabs website (take free version at least). Then after edition, just click "Clear Cache" button.
  2. If above will not help, please follow that tip > https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/troubleshooting#saved-changes-are-not-displayed

Good morning

I updated to 5.4.0 I cleared the cache. This is what's happening. The slideshow shows up when i do a preview. I then click on another link in the menu. Goes to that page no problem. I then click the home page and the slideshow doesn't show up. How do you make it like a featured article where it's on the home page. I a bit confused on this one.

Thanks

I have to see URL to tell more, without I am blind.

Have you checked from 2-3 different browsers, just in case, if not do it.

www.stsvartanantz.com

Doesn't show up when I click on it.

I figured it out. I had the menu set wrong.

Sorry for all the confusion.
