Captcha On SPPB Forms

I have found that the standard captcha on SPPB forms does not really work and we get a lot of spam. You suggest hCaptcha , but to have a version that is good for accessibility it is $99 a month!!
I actually use SecurImage PRO CAPTCHA, but this does not work with your SPPB forms.
Can you make it so that your forms work with the site default CAPTCHA please?

Spam is a Global Problem. Spammers are very smart and broken ReCaptcha v1 & v2 security, as you did with Enigma long time ago ;)
If you know from what country you have the most spam messages, talk with Hosting Provider and lock thier IPs, maybe they have tools to prevent that on server side.
OR
Install extension that can lock IP of whole country, in most cases you have to lock only 3-6 to have "silent night".

It is a good suggestion. But I would still like to be able to implement my default CAPTCHA on a SPPB form if this could be considered.
And no, I don't need traffic from anywhere but the UK :)

Accepted AnswerI also want a working solution for my forms. for some reason i cant get invisible recaptcha to work and also use secureIMage. Please give us the possibility to use our default captcha! Its also a question of consistancy.

I was pointed in the direction of CleanTalk Anti-Spam I have it on a few sites now and seems to do the job. And with no interaction from the user so great for accessibility

Accepted AnswerThank you Alison. I will check it out. I used hcapture and stumbled into the trial of pro but 99 a montch is way beyond my budget and i dont know if the free version is doing the job. To bad i have to do all that just because joomshaper dont support my default capture.

Accepted AnswerInisible Recpatcha plugin can work in J5 still, but request small 3min efford. I tested that on many sites so far, even today morning and worked.

Becuase Joomla 5 by default don't have any recpatcha plugin inside ! Ask Joomla Dev Team why!

Accepted AnswerTrue but it comes with the oportunity to define a default captcha out of a variety of plugins and they work with Joomla and other plugins but sadly not in the JS Form. Thats why there are some posts here ;) For some reason invisible recaptcha doesnt work for me and some of us have other needs then working with google-defaults. hcaptcha Pro does the job but i have to find out if the free version does that too and i will check out Cleantalk as suggested. Secure image would be a very nice, small solutions but doesnt work with SPP
