Hi Team, i get this error message when editing a page in the backend editor (while front end works fine) (https://mai.purpleshift.net I have latest updates of Joomla and SP Pagebuilder.

Unhandled Runtime Error TypeError: i[e] is undefined Please open the browser console for more information! Call Stack l (2:1375146) 4805 (2:6579) l (2:1375151)

Hello, the issue you are running into are related to caching

  • Clear Joomla Cache
  • Clear Browser Cache
  • Check that same site using 2nd (alternative) browser.
  • If you have sort of Server Files cache, clear it in Hosting CPanel setting.
  • Reinstall component, just in case. Then it should be resolved.

Mainly It's a browser cache thing. After clearing the browser cache it will be gone.
