Have uninstalled sp pagbuilder and did a fresh install, same error. other browser, same error.. more members have this issue so I'm not the only one.

We are currently checking this issue. In the meantime, please use the previous version of SP Page Builder.

It may be a server-specific issue, as we are not experiencing the same problem on our local environment.

When I install a previous version I get this, a white page saying:
