Issue With SP Page Builder - Session Expiry

I am experiencing an issue with SP Page Builder where it displays the message, "Your session has expired! Please login again to continue. If you reload this page, you may lose your data." This occurs particularly when trying to use the media manager or upload an image via an SPPB addon.

Here's what I've done so far to troubleshoot:

  • Updated both the Manufacturer template and SP Page Builder to their latest versions.
  • Increased all relevant server configuration parameters, including the memory limit.
  • Extended the session time in the global configuration settings.

Please check the site super admin access in the hidden content for further investigation.
