Carousel Display Issue

I have SP Pro at wd5ddh.org. I am using the standard carousel on the home page. I currently have 20 pictures in the carousel. I went to add the 21st picture. While I was able to make the entry and add the picture to the record, when I went to view it the picture refused to display. I have tried to change the picture, delete and re-add the entry and move it to a different position but my results are the same - the picture does not display.

Is there a limit to the number of pictures that can be displayed in the carousel? What else can I tery?

Hello Bob,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please provide me with your admin access in the hidden content section? Before proceed, I recommend to taking a full backup of your site.

Thanks!

Hello Bob,

I’ve looked into your issue and was able to add the 21st and 22nd photos to your slider, and I can see the preview as well. Please take a look at the screenshot. Also, check your homepage slider, where I’ve kept these two slides for you to review.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Best Regards,

I took your entry 21 and changed the picture, the title and the button to point at what the content that I wanted to display. I saved it, cleared the cache and got a blank screen. The article I am attempting to tie to is the same one that is listed right under the header picture called "KI5TRF Tower Retrieve". The picture is located in the media manager under Folders/2024/Ham Help/2024-11-19-KI5TRF-Tower.

Picture 21 is the one in error. I have left it out there so you can see it. I tried to attach a picture of my screen shot but was unable to do so in this dialog.

The only thing I saw that you changed was you activated the login dialog in the header. The login dialog I use is in the menu bar above the header picture.

Please, check now. The issues comes from your image name, where there have some spaces. Please, do not keep space in your media name try to use (-) instead of space.

Thanks
