Like if I select 5 it still showing the first rating which is 3.

I'm really sorry, but I'm seriously struggling to see how you can't understand the bug I showed you. You even recreated the bug (and potentially found another one) but still don't get it!

In my screenshots, and in yours - there is ONE review for the product, but the number of reviews shown INCORRECTLY reflects the RATING given in that review!

When more than one review exists, the total number of reviews shown is correct, and the star rating is correct, but EACH INDIVIDUAL REVIEW has an incorrect number of reviews associated with it!
