Carousel PRO - Don't Work

The CAROUSEL PRO addon does not work as it should. I have used this same addon on another site and it behaves exactly as it should. What can it depend on if he doesn't put the image next to the text but automatically slides underneath?

Both sites use the same theme (Melvin) and also the same version of the Page Builder 3.7.9

I have used this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

.sppb-carousel.sppb-carousel-pro .sppb-carousel-item-inner .sppb-col-sm-6{
    flex: 1 1 0%;
}

ok, now the image is next to the text but... there is no way to align the two (text and image).

I should be able to align the two contents in line as shown in the example below (the second) of the image.

i checked and apparently the centering looked correct but by entering the right text and the right image you can see that they are still not aligned as they should.

I had used this CSS

.sppb-carousel-item-inner .sppb-text-right{
    margin-top: 0px;
}
.sppb-carousel-pro-text{
    padding-top: 5%;
}

Now I have removed it. As all texts are not of the same length, you might need some CSS to make it look perfect. Use CSS after you have completed the content.
