Issue With SP Page Builder

I am experiencing an issue with SP Page Builder, where I cannot visit the page thats added to menu.

The Error is Attempt to assign property "row_id" on null

Here’s what I’ve done so far to troubleshoot:

Updated both the Joomshaper template and SP Page Builder to their latest versions.
Increased all relevant server configuration parameters, including the memory limit.

Please find the site super admin access in the hidden content for further investigation.
