I get the following error message. Failed opening required '/mnt/web324/a1/24/5575024/htdocs/relaunch/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder/classes/base.php' (include_path='.:/opt/RZphp80/includes')

We are currently still using Joomla 3.x, but are currently in the process of switching to Joomla 4. Therefore, we still use the slightly outdated PHP version 8.0

I would be pleased to receive a quick response

Thank you for reaching out to us. Since we no longer provide support for Joomla 3.x and Page Builder 3.x, I recommend upgrading if possible. However, if you’d like, you can share your admin access so I can look into the issues. Before doing so, please ensure you have a backup of your site.
