Excessive Space Below Product List Element When Scrolling is Enabled

SC

When enabling scrolling in the Product List EasyStore element in SP Page Builder, lots of whitespace is added below the element in the front end. Turning OFF the scrolling option removes the whitespace.

Scrolling enabled: https://prnt.sc/QleeE0Xjtj_1 (excessive space)

Scrolling disabled: https://prnt.sc/2AFj5H6LmedJ (normal space)

What exactly do you need to check? You can see from the screenshots the differences.

If you look at the other bug ive reported today, that will also tell you the site URL.

You need to look, read and understand fully before replying!

Hi

Is this your site URL? If you want, then I can solve this space issue via custom CSS.

Yes - test.dilligaf.shop is my test site URL. The one we're talking about here.

Custom CSS is great, but this is a difference in design / spacing which is being introduced when the scrolling setting is turned ON within the EasyStore Product List page element in SP Page Builder. Therefore you need to fix the CSS so that the spacing doesn't change between having "scrolling" set to ON or OFF.

Do you understand the requirement?

Yeah I understand the problem. I will inform our DEV team about it. And sorry for this inconvenience.

What needs to happen next is you need to follow up and give a firm timeline for when this will be FIXED.

It is not reasonable to simply say "I have informed our dev team" and then believe that's the end of your responsibility. Informing the dev team is NOT the same as providing a fix!
