Need To Strip Tags On Articles

We are using the Articles element on our website with a limit on the introtext characters. If there are any heading tags in the introtext, such as H2, it displays as an H2. Is there a way to strip these tags out so everything displays at the paragraph level? See attached.

Also, we are using the RSForm content plugin, which allows us to include a form in an article. Through SP Page Builder, this displays as {rsform 10}. Is there a way for the page builder to remove this?
We are using SP Page Builder version 5.4.2
