ReCaptchav3 By Sharky Not Supported?

I have just like more people after installing Joomla 5.0.2 suddenly problems with the invisible V3 version of recaptcha from Google. Suddenly I don't get the square logo at the bottom of the page anymore and the forms are no longer sent. This also didn't work anymore with the standard contact form of Joomla. Now I have installed recaptcha v3 by Sharky and dart works perfectly on the joomla form, but not on a form created with PM despite the fact that I choose captcha-recaptchav3. Won't that version by Sharky work with PM?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. This is not a problem with our product but rather a result of recent changes in Joomla. We've implemented a solution on our end; however, please note that it’s not an official Joomla fix.

To apply the solution, download the files provided, unzip them, and replace them in the specified locations.

media/plg_captcha_recaptcha_invisible/js

recaptcha.js (1).zip

Best regards,

I'm sorry Toufiq but there's no cache active on my host. If the update you tried today on the test site (which I confirm to be not working) is the recaptcha.js (1).zip you suggested in the post https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/35873#qa-answer-173352, I've already tried it on production site (J5.2.1) but it doesn't work. That's why I replied "Same problem here!" to Marius Lindemann's post https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/35873#qa-answer-174203

Thanks

Hi Toufiq, thank you. Which video are you referring to? Anyway, I've downloaded a local copy of media/plg_captcha_recaptcha_invisible/js folder you updated from test server and I have the same problem on my local xampp server, even after cleaning Joomla's cache and browser's cache. Are there other modifications to reproduce/copy on my local installation from test server? Thank you very much. Kind regards

I'll wait a while with the Joomla update, I don't feel like turning everything upside down again. I also don't understand why Joomla still causes this problem.

I'm not entirely sure why Joomla behaves this way. Thanks

I'm sorry but I do not have a third server ready, I'd have to set it up. But I've done some searches and I found this: https://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/44306

I've tried to extract media/plg_captcha_recaptcha_invisible/js content from https://artifacts.joomla.org/drone/joomla/joomla-cms/5.2-dev/44306/downloads/80218/Joomla_5.2.2-dev+pr.44306-Development-Full_Package.zip file and now it works on my local installation and on the production and test server too (cache was not the problem).

This could be useful for other your customers.

Thank you Kind regards Fabio

I updated all three of my websites to joomla 5.2.1. In all cases my forms did not work anymore because recapcha did not work anymore. When I overwrote both files from recaptcha.js.zip to media/plg_captcha_recaptcha_invisible/js and cleared the cache of Joomla. Then everything worked fine again. I hope Joomla will finally solve this problem permanently!

My Joomla 5.2.2 updated today with the latest pagameker 5.4.3 after that I still saw the recapcha logo at the bottom right of the page, but the form would not send. I got an error message about an incorrect recaptcha. Just like last time, I overwrote both recapcha.js files in the folder media/plg_captcha_recaptcha_invisible/js and the form works again. It can't be that I have to perform these actions after every update of pagemaker?

Could you kindly grant me access to your Joomla administrator area so that I can investigate the issue you're experiencing? Prior to providing access, please ensure that you have backed up your site. Additionally, it's important to note that providing login credentials is entirely voluntary on your part; we respect your decision either way. However, if you do choose to share the login details, it would greatly expedite the resolution process. Thank you for your cooperation.

I'll give it to you if you want it, but the problem went away after overwriting both .JS files. And on my other two websites I had no problems with the recaptcha after updating PM
