Scrolling Open Maps With Two Fingers?

On a sp builder pro page I inserted a map from open map. On a laptop I don't have any problems, on a smartphone I have problems scrolling. Can you enable interaction with the map with just two fingers?

Isn't there a way to enable two-finger scrolling on the map on a smartphone? the solution suggested by you enables zooming with the mouse wheel...
