Hi i have created a pop up for mailchimp and added the info that is requested but when i add my a test email i get the following error.
cURL error: Could not resolve host: .api.mailchimp.com

Accepted AnswerHi sadly i have checked the mailchimp api as its copied from the default sign up for which seems to be working fine.
I cant see any difference from the pop up to the default sign up form, could you take a look, i have unpublished the pop up for now

Thank you for your reply. I tested the popup using our Mailchimp API key and audience ID, and it worked perfectly on my end. Could you please double-check your Mailchimp configuration on Mailchimp and ensure that the correct details are entered in the popup settings?

Accepted AnswerHi i have the exact same info i am using for the default mail sign up form which works, cut and pasted that so not sure what is going wrong? I have supplied info could you check?

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned earlier, the issue seems to be related to your Mailchimp API key or list ID. Please contact Mailchimp support or recreate the keys and list, then use the new ones on your site. I have already provided proof that it works when using our Mailchimp data. You can refer to my previous comments for more details.
