New Stripe Payment Plugin NEVER Marks Orders As PAID

EasyStore 11 months ago

Exactly the same as the PayPal issue I've reported here: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/36005

The newest STRIPE Payment plugin also NEVER MARKS ORDERS AS PAID

THIS IS A SERIOUS REGRESSION BETWEEN EASYSTORE 1.3.4 AND EASYSTORE 1.4.1 AND NEEDS FIXING IMMEDIATELY

My test site is showing the issue with STRIPE AND PAYPAL!

https://test.dilligaf.shop

(and before Ofi Khan or anyone else tries to tell me I don't know how to work Stripe / EasyStore - NOTHING has changed in my config between 1.3.4 and 1.4.1, yet this is now BROKEN)

I really DO WISH you'd stop calling customers liars and actually INVESTIGATE ISSUES!

YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS TESTING AND FIXING BUGS IS ATTROCIOUS

Stripe Payment Plugin is STILL BROKEN on my site!

NOW START TESTING PROPERLY. I AM FED UP WITH YOU GASLIGHTING CUSTOMERS AND TRYING TO BLAME THEM FOR JOOMSHAPER CODING ISSUES

I'm still waiting for an update on this! I can see the developers have made test purchases on my site and I can see they're not working. But I've had ZERO communication from JoomShaper!

@Ofi Khan was LYING when he said it is working correctly!

I support the incompetence of the support of this developer. Mostly they ask for an administrative access code and.... I think they just artificially rule the CODE for your situation.

I believe that this cannot be called support, because the next update does not guarantee the current fixes.

This is just a mockery of users. Because very often, questions and problems published are simply ignored and rarely lead to real correction. Often this happens in the "Private" section.

Maybe it's worth publishing these claims for worldwide access and review? I'm already half way there. Are we paying fake money? So why should we endure constant risks and even losses?
