Components JOOMSHAPER- Reality Or Lies

And why did the update of the SP Page Builder 5 Pro component stop so suddenly Why do I have to constantly download a copy of the package and then install it? What happened that your component does not see its own registration. How bad is the update system in OOMLA.... What exactly "RAT" ran between you? And by the way, it's very stressful, especially when I have 28 sites on your platform.

  1. Of course I can find an alternative. Will I program on my own?
  2. Why don't you respond to your customers' point of view? First, you were asked to make your "electronic store", the ability to sell Electronic goods, that is, bought, paid, downloaded. What "Kamasutra" prevented you from doing this?
  3. Unfortunately, you abandoned half of the projects in the shadow of the possibility of developing your clients' sites. Especially without warning and without an alternative? For example: SP Movie Database.
  4. That is, maybe WE, all your users, pay you little? Are you short of money? What is the matter? Why do you think? that WE are your users, bought your product and suddenly decided to end our business with you? And this without long-term warning? Why did you suddenly decide that your business is more important than what your users use.
  5. And how about making the software codes of those components freely available. which ones did you refuse to accompany? Running ahead - No.
  6. And if you really "shit" on all your users. I think all the people of the world will see your reliability, guarantee, and support.

POST SCRIPTUM..... I wonder if anyone will give an answer other than BLOCK...? I think they will make excuses. Put yourself in our shoes... We are suffering from food shortages, we have nothing to wear at all, we have nothing to buy Aspirin with... and generally we have cataclysms from banana peels. Don't you know how many seashells die?

Hi there,

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. At first let me explain your queries.

  1. Of course I can find an alternative. Will I program on my own?

If you want to go then we can't stop you. But, If you cooperate your issues and we will try to find out the solution for your & our users.

  2. Why don't you respond to your customers' point of view? First, you were asked to make your "electronic store", the ability to sell Electronic goods, that is, bought, paid, downloaded. What "Kamasutra" prevented you from doing this?

"electronic store" Are you talking about the digital products or something else? Can you explain please.

  3. Unfortunately, you abandoned half of the projects in the shadow of the possibility of developing your clients' sites. Especially without warning and without an alternative? For example: SP Movie Database.

Are you using extension only or template package which is included Movie Database extension? If you need any fixes, Please tell me.

  4. That is, maybe WE, all your users, pay you little? Are you short of money? What is the matter? Why do you think? that WE are your users, bought your product and suddenly decided to end our business with you? And this without long-term warning? Why did you suddenly decide that your business is more important than what your users use.

I understand your frustration and genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Our decision wasn’t made lightly, and I want to assure you that we’re committed to supporting our users. Changes like these can be disruptive, and I apologize if it felt sudden or as if we didn't consider our users' needs. Our priority is to maintain and improve our products in a way that ultimately benefits our users, and sometimes that requires tough decisions for long-term stability and functionality. We are here to support you through this transition and would be happy to address any concerns or questions you have about next steps.

  5. And how about making the software codes of those components freely available. which ones did you refuse to accompany? Running ahead - No.

Do you need the code of the component or full packages of this extension?

  6. And if you really "shit" on all your users. I think all the people of the world will see your reliability, guarantee, and support.

I hear your frustration, and I’m truly sorry that you feel this way. Our users are at the heart of everything we do, and it’s always our goal to provide reliable products and support. We’re constantly working to improve and ensure that our offerings meet your needs and expectations. If there’s anything specific I can help you with or any concerns I can address, please let me know. "electronic store" Are you talking about the digital products or something else? Can you explain please."

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Because this is probably the biggest demand today. Although I do not even expect the possibility of such implementation. And what is most maddening is that YOU shove this "shop" of yours into all your developments (why did you install it in Page Builder???). It seems that you bet on him, promote... and hope. Why do you impose it by force, or do you think that all your users necessarily sell canned goods or sneakers? But you don't want to hear anyone. In this form, your "store" is a suitcase without a handle. These ideas that you are trying to implement have existed for a long time, that is, they have already been mastered and are working, and there are many systems that are already configured for the sale of canned goods and sneakers. But what your users are asking you to do, you just ignore… Are you having a hard time making your electronics cravings functional? I SYMPATHY FOR YOU.

"Are you using extension only or template package which is included Movie Database extension? If you need any fixes, Please tell me."

Yes, I tried using the Movie Database extension template package. But it turned out that it is not possible to update it to new versions of the System and even your product. If you have only one user of this package, then forget about it. I will find an alternative or spend more time and do it myself. Yes, this is how you do it, no one else in the world does it. And I am very sorry that I upgraded to your subscription package before paying attention to your tricks.

"I understand your frustration and genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Our decision wasn’t made lightly, and I want to assure you that we’re committed to supporting our users. Changes like these can be disruptive, and ……"

No. You do not support and do not help. You change the code in such a way that it suddenly shuts down running systems. And do it without warning. That is, you simply experiment with the projects of your clients. Causing them considerable damage. But that's okay... I understand that you have already used your funds. Apparently, you never take into account the needs of your customers, because otherwise, all your "brilliant" ideas would not be a SHOCK for those who believed and trusted you.

"Our priority is to maintain and improve our products in a way that ultimately benefits our users, and sometimes that requires tough decisions for long-term stability and functionality."

I'm glad for the effort, but basically it's just a LIE. You try your best, but it's not "to benefit our users, and sometimes it requires tough decisions" although I agree that it "requires tough decisions for long-term stability and functionality."

So just tell the TRUTH - when will you just destroy your new "EasyStore" project, as you did with your previous projects?

"I hear your frustration, and I’m truly sorry that you feel this way. Our users are at the heart of everything we do, and it’s always our goal to provide reliable products and ….and so on."

Of course you can help me. Let me guess. Do I need to give you SuperAdministrator access to the site where there is a problem? And I even believe that you will be able to "shave" your jambs. But I tried to understand, and where, for example, the Fourth (4.0.5) version of Page Builder came from, which is not updated at all without errors and destruction of the site, and did not exist in you as the main project. This was done specifically in your "laboratory" ??? Tell me this professionally? Is this adequate? And whose concern is it to transfer this component to a new version? And that's exactly what you don't help... because you don't have a system. You chip in for something - you mow money, and then stupidly throw it away without even the responsibility of conscience.

P.S. - You never answered my question. Why can't I update a component, for example, SP Page Builder through the JOOMLA interface, but only have to download the component and install it as a new one? What happened? That is, we are returning to the 2000s? What has fallen out of your ideas? It was working a year ago. What's wrong?

  1. Currently, EasyStore does not include a dedicated feature for digital products. However, you can still use the EasyStore extension independently of Page Builder if that's your preference. For a specialized experience selling electronics, we recommend checking out our Trove template, designed with electronics stores in mind. You can explore it here: Trove Template Demo If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!

  2. If you're experiencing any issues with the Movie Database extension, please let us know. We're here to help and will provide a solution to resolve it for you.

  3. Could you let us know which support agent made these changes on your site? We never modify code without our users' consent. If any updates are required, we always inform users in advance, specifying which files and code will be updated, and we recommend keeping a backup.

  4. We have no plans to discontinue EasyStore. Every business has its strategies, which naturally come with ups and downs, and in this case, we chose to move forward with EasyStore to better serve our users. We genuinely value our users, which is why we continue to support extensions even if they’re postponed. For example, consider our Page Builder—it’s fully compatible from version 1.0 to 5. Maintaining backward compatibility across so many versions wasn’t easy, but we did it to ensure that users could upgrade smoothly without any hassle.

  5. It seems that you're not satisfied with our products, and we understand you have some concerns. We're here to provide support and ensure that our users are satisfied. Page Builder version 4.0.5 was released on September 21, 2022, and the current version is 5.4.2. Could you please let us know when you started facing this issue? Many users across different servers successfully use our products. While we can't test on every possible server configuration, we strive to make our products compatible with as many environments as possible. If any issues arise, we are committed to resolving them promptly. That's why we highly value the cooperation of our users in helping us identify and fix any problems.

Note: Provide me database access to solve live update issues of current site issues. Don't forget to keep a backup of your site.

-Thanks

I entered my license key. Yes. Now it has been updated, but before your intervention, the update resulted in error 500.

Of course, I am very glad that you managed to fix your product, but I would like to hope that your products can be updated using standard System tools and without contacting support.

Thank you for at least making your commercial projects work.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm glad to hear the update was successful after our intervention, though I apologize for the initial inconvenience with the error 500. Our goal is indeed to ensure that all updates can be performed smoothly through standard system tools, without the need for additional support. We're continually working to improve the process for a seamless experience.

Thank you again for your patience and valuable feedback—it helps us enhance our products and services.

He's talking about the ability to sell digital downloads like books that you read on the computer or device not one you turn the pages with a book in your hand. Your translations app is way off.

Not an electronics store, digital downloads for sale like everyone else does.

Im not renewing this crap.

We apologize for any confusion. We didn't explicitly state that digital products like eBooks can be sold through our platform. If you decide not to renew, we will certainly miss having you as a valued user. We hope you'll reconsider and continue with us. Thank you."

This version aims to sound more professional while acknowledging the user's concerns and expressing hope for their continued use.

Yes you didn't state it, but its a feature that your paying customers have requested and you've decided not to work on it. I have 7 sites I work on that have this feature and decided not to use you because of that.

There is a demand for this.

I have 16 sites working with this function. But apparently, they don't even think (or strive) to solve this need. So apparently we'll have to use the kind and free JoomShopping. We can't get through to this developer.

And there is no hope that this developer even hears the wishes. They only write that they really want to help us and become better. But alas, only meaningless words.

We understand that it’s crucial for your 16 sites, and we apologize if our response has felt less responsive than you’d hoped.
