I can't understand why I can't add some addons in the easystore product list, on my default Home page and save them. For example, with the following combination: Thumbnail+Add to cart+Title+price, I can save. But by adding the Badge, (Badge+Thumbnail+Add to cart+Title+price), it is no longer possible to save. Need help. Thank's

Hello Chaka T.
Your home page has the badge addon displayed. I have also checked the page from the backend. It can be saved with the Badge addon. Please check your home page.
Best regards
Hello and thank you for the follow-up.
The problem remains. It is very likely that you did not follow the previous exchanges before I opened this link again, as suggested by your colleague, Mehtaz Afsana

To put it simply. In the LATEST ONE section: the current configuration is Badge---Thumbnail--- Title---Price.
If I add the addon: Add to cart to this configuration, it is no longer possible to save.
Try to do the test yourself and you will understand better.
Thank you for your support!
I have found the issue but could not fix it. Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. Or if you allow me, then I can take the backup. Then I will check it on my localhost.
Hi, you have the permission to take the backup.
Thanks
I have checked your site on our live server and could not get the issue. Please update Upload Max Filesize, Post Max Size, and Memory Limit values higher than current value. It will be fixed.

Hi, i have update the values higher to this :
Upload Max Filesize : 1G
Post Max Size : 128 M
Memory Limit values : 512 M
Unfortunately this did not resolve the situation. In my opinion, you should investigate further.
Thanks for the follow-up
Please allow your access again. I will have to check further.
Hello, I have sent you, once again, the acces .
Thanks
I have duplicated your Product List addon section on your Storefront. Now it is showing 4 times. There is no issue on saving this time. Please check your issue again.

Hello and thank you for following up.
I regret to inform you that to date, I am not entirely satisfied. I'm trying to modify the Home page with SPPB. No changes are saved.
Unfortunately, I'm not making any progress. There must be something wrong. For your information, I had to rebuild the site again in the hope that this would change the situation, but unfortunately it hasn't.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated in solving this problem.
thank you
Apology for the delay. Please take a screencast of your issue and share. I will forward it to the developer team to check the issue.
