Multilingualism For Storefront

How to create 2 storefronts for easy store? I have 2 languages, but in SP apge builder I can only create 1 storefront. However, I have different filter names for each language. And I can only specify 1 option for 1 language. What about the second language? I can't select multiple pages as for start page or other options. Thank you

Hello Vitalii

Apology for the inconvenience. Multilingual feature for storefront does not exist now. But we have addressed the necessity of this feature. It will be added in the future versions of EasyStore.

Best regards

Hello Ofi Khan, thank you for your response.

You wrote: It will be added in the future versionS.

This sounds encouraging, but it takes time and it is not known how quickly it will be done. And what to do until the moment developers add this solution? I need a solution now, so I'm asking for some kind of lifehack that will help through code edits to solve the situation now. Thank you.

You are welcome 😊

This quick workaround might help you. You can take two SP Page Builder pages. Then you can assign them to different language. Then assign the two pages in the menu items as SP Page Builder pages for the respective languages. After that you can name them Shop pages for the different languages. This means you are using SP Page Builder page and not using Storefront pages. It could help you. Give it a try.

Hi Ofi Khan,

Thanks for the answer.

I was happy with the solution, but when I went to configure it I stopped with horror, because the situation with the easy store SIMPLE page I will probably not be able to configure? It turns out that for a product I can only specify what is taken from ‘products’ by standard. If I, for example, I want to specify the profits, such as ‘fast delivery’ in different languages, I can only do it through Heading (based on the documentation or template from quickpack), and therefore only in one language? Or am I missing something and is there a solution? Thank you

Also there is no ‘associations’ option for products in different languages. how long is it planned to implement this option?

To be honest, it is not fully ready for multilingual sites. So, you have to wait for this. I cannot say any estimation. There are lots of work to be done. The least I can say is that it will take months.

Thank you for the reply. It is a shame that my payment will be wasted for a few months. I didn't realise it was a payment for communicating with the support team rather than using the product. But as it is.

I wish you a speedy implementation of all the necessary features. I wish me to wait in this life for the features I need in your product.

I FOUND A SOLUTION!!!! The solution is not perfect, but it has well-known pros and cons. To make the website available in different languages, create subdomains for each language. For example, instead of hosting all languages on site.com, set up subdomains like en.site.com, de.site.com, and so on.

Therefore, before offering a refund or saying there's no solution, you just need to stop and think!!!! Yes, this is not a perfect solution, but it is a viable option while you work on improving the product.

And if the issue of redirects arises due to migrating the old store to Joomla and Easystore, the standard "Redirects" feature in Joomla will assist in addressing this matter.

@Vitalii

There is also different option for now. You can install & publish Google Translator or Bing Translator module, yes I know it is automatic translation (which has quite a few drawbacks), but the big advantage of this is that when the JoomShaper team creates real support for multilingualism, you just - switch to the new mode. So you still have all products, customers, and orders on the same website, not divided into serveral subdomains.
