Account Agency Plan - X Days Remaining - Still Red

Hello JoomShaper-Team,

the last years I bought the Agency Plan.

I think once I bought it on Black Friday and then later in december again and I had like 600+ days then.

This cause maybe the problem why the bar on the left by the "X Days Remaining" label is now red and 10% instead of green and 100%.

Would be nice if you can fix this. Have in mind guys can buy these plans more then one time per year. Then it should be working too.

thank you for your answer.

Imagine I did it yesterday.

I complained about this issue and the not existing anti spam system of the SP Page Builder Form Builder contact formulars.

Looks like they did not read it. I got not a single word back in the answer email of your teammate about this issue.

Thats why I opened now a extra thread for it in the forum. That will hopefully make sure this problem get fixed.

thank you for your message. I did answer them today again to the other email. But the last 3 years I have the feeling it is a little bit complicated when I write about more then one problem in one email.

Maybe I need to seperate things in the future. Even, if this costs me more time.

how I said in one year I bought two times a Agency Plan.

One time with the halloween discount and one with the black friday discount. This maybe messed arround with the bar.

Would be nice if the developer can fix things like this. For me as a customer (and developer too) it looks not good.

The thing is I log in, because of an issue and I need to post in the forum and the first thing I see is a other issue / bug. But its something that can be avoid by JoomShaper.

I do not see any payment on the BLACK FRIDAY sale. You had taken the Halloween discount. After that, there is no payment made. Could you please contact FastSpring support if you are sure that you have paid?

I did not say I bought the Agency Plan in 2024. I bought it probally 2022 and it messed maybe up with the bar ;-)! Because 2022 everything was right with the bar.

In this year (2024) I bought it with the halloween discount only. I did not even know if you guys will do a black friday discount so I just ordered it.

Would be nice when your developer can fix this. I mean if I want to support you guys for 2-3 years in advance it should work, right?

The problem with the big amount if spam even with the hCaptcha is also still there. I am losing money and customers, because you guys dont implement a simple blacklist / whitelist system how I said. Cant be that hard. I am quite sure I can even do it by my own - but I paid for this product and wanted to save time and now I am wasting still time.

Would be nice when you bring a solution for both points. From my view as a paying customer I can say it looks very bad when I log in and see a red progress bar and I reported it a view times now and nobody care about it.

Same for the FormBuilder Spam everyday. You could block 99% just in a Blocklistsystem, before the email servers get even a task from the FromBuilder.

Apology for the delay is resolving the issue. I have asked the management team to look after it again. However, we have fixed the SPAM issue in SP Page Builder with the latest update. We have added a limit option so that a maximum number of emails can be sent in a certain time period. If you have not tried it, then check this feature.

This option with the Rate Limit is one part to pretend mass spam, okay. In the case one user is sending 5+ spam emails after each other its fine. But this is not the normal case. Russian hackers are using a botnet with a lot of computers and ip addresses. Even if you say there is a global limit in with the Rate Limit and not a limit per session it will just block our real customer or prospect requests. Thats not good at all.

Only a spam filter with blacklist / whitelist is the 100% solution for all these russian spam. Then I can just add a rule like: email addresses with .ru get blocked. Then the contact formular is not communication with the email server etc. and the hacker just get blocked. Or when I add all these russian words for example.

Even the AI is just getting used to solve all these capcha codes. But a blacklist / whitelist system is a extra protection at all. One important level everybody need for each possible text input field.
