Getting New Error Code

I have a error on the site. I thought I uploaded the shaper_hope as a quickstart but it looks like it is the shaper_tixon. I increased the joomla upload size and then uploaded the hope template. This is what it is doing.

Sorry, I can't access the administrator. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup before sharing.
Also, share your issue page where you get the error message.
